Illustration Commissions

Terms of service
1. PAYMENT
Once you have submitted a form, I will reach out to you via twitter or email (specify which) and let you know if I am able to accept your request. Once accepted, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. Payment must be made upfront. I will only begin working on your request once the payment has been confirmed.
2. EDITS & REVISIONS
I will send a WIP sketch some time after receiving payment. You are allowed to ask for any revisions prior to this. After the sketch is reviewed and approved, I will begin finalizing your request. There will be no more revisions made after this point.
3. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
If you choose to cancel your request after the sketch has been made, you will be given a partial refund. There are no refunds for completed commissions.
I retain all rights to the artwork made.
• You do not need to credit me for personal usage of the artwork in icons, banners etc. (though it is appreciated) However, do not claim the artwork as your own, and please refer back to me if inquired or when reuploading to different platforms.
• I am allowed to reupload the work as a part of my own personal portfolio or use it to promote myself.
• You must specify if you plan to reproduce or sell the artwork in any way.
(There will be a commercial fee. Redistribution of the piece for monetized use without discussing it with me is strictly prohibited.)
A visual reference is required for me to begin working on the commission. I will not design a character for you based on only a written description. I will work with written descriptions of a character only if there are visual references to accompany the description. (i.e. photographs, collage boards, doodles, etc.)

Commissions are NOT first come first serve.
I have the right to refuse a commission at my own discretion.
Slots are limited and I will only be taking commissions that I feel confident in!
